The following is the claim payment schedule for 2010. Claims must be submitted for payment by Thursday before the board meeting.

1. Claims must be submitted by Thursday, January 7th - Board approval date is January 12th.

2. Claims must be submitted by Thursday, February 4th - Board approval date is February 9th.

3. Claims must be submitted by Thursday, March 4th - Board approval date is March 9th.

4. Claims must be submitted by Thursday, April 8th - Board approval date is April 13th.

5. Claims must be submitted by Thursday, May 6th - Board approval date is May 11th.

6. Claims must be submitted by Thursday, June 3rd - Board approval date is June 6th.

7. Claims must be submitted by Thursday, July 8th - Board approval date is July 13th.

8. Claims must be submitted by Thursday, August 5th - Board approval date is August 10th.

9. Claims must be submitted by Thursday, September 9th - Board approval date is September 14th.

10. Claims must be submitted by Thursday, October 17th- Board approval date is October 12th.

11. Claims must be submitted by Thursday, November 4th - Board approval date is November 9th.

12. Claims must be submitted by Thursday, December 9th - Board approval date is December 14th.
